PCS has extensive experience providing our Clients with construction advisory and management services from initial conception through final completion of projects. PCS primarily serves clients in the educational, healthcare, government/public sector, commercial, institutional, and transportation market segments.

PCS was founded on the concept that there was a better way to provide professional construction consulting and management services beyond what the traditional market has to offer.
