Project and Construction Services, Inc. in association with G. Stephens, Inc., is providing full construction management services through the Ohio School Facilities Commission Classroom Facilities Assistance Program. This project includes the construction of a New Elementary School, renovations and additions to Garfield Elementary School, and renovations to Steubenville High School. The elementary schools are planned for completion in late fall of 2007 while the high school completion is scheduled for fall of 2008.
