Heather Hill Liberty Project

Project and Construction Services, Inc. provided Owner's Representative services on this project, which is part of a 150-acre, long-term campus development plan. The Liberty Project is a single-story assisted living center with up to 98 units. This facility will feature private entrances with a patio for each apartment, a banking center, postal services, a beauty parlor and spa, a greenhouse lounge, a wellness center and community center, a general store, a library, an ice cream parlor and two gazebos.
