Girard City School District

Project and Construction Services, Inc., in association with G. Stephens, Inc., is providing full construction management services on this $26.1 Million building program. This program, which is being completed under the Ohio School Facilities Commission (OSFC) Classroom Facilities Assistance Program (CFAP), includes the construction of a new 127,568 sf middle/high school.

This project is currently in the construction phase and is due to be completed in late July, 2010. PCS is performing executive oversight, cost estimating, and on-site construction supervision as our part of the services being provided through G. Stephens, Inc. on this project.
