Project and Construction Services, Inc. is providing full construction management services, including cost estimating, scheduling, value engineering, and constructability reviews through the OSFC's Classroom Facilities Assistance Program (CFAP). This $20 Million program includes additions and renovations to the District's Elementary Schools (Maple Leaf and Elmwood Schools).
