Project and Construction Services, Inc. provided full construction management services through the Ohio School Facilities Commission's (OSFC) Classroom Facilities Assistance Program. This program included the construction of a new middle school and significant renovations and additions to the existing high school, intermediate, and elementary schools. The new middle school was completed on schedule for occupancy at the start of the 2003-2004 school year. The major addition to the high school, a new gymnasium complex, was completed in time to hold graduation ceremonies in June of 2003. The high school, intermediate, and elementary school additions and renovations began in June 2002 and have had phased completions, all finished as originally planned. All phased work was completed on time for the 2004-2005 school year.
"The quality of the work of PCS is extremely high. I would credit this with their ability to stay on top of every detail, to hold high expectations for the architects and various contractors who are part of the project and to constantly monitor the project as it unfolds."
