Project and Construction Services, Inc. provided full construction management services through the Ohio School Facilities Commission's (OSFC) Classroom Facilities Assistance Program. This program included two new elementary facilities to house kindergarten through fifth grades, a new middle school to house grades six through eight, a new high school to house grades nine through twelve, and major renovation/additions to Garfield Elementary to house kindergarten through fifth grades. Work at all five schools was completed on schedule for occupancy at the start of the 2003-2004 school year. Abatement/demolition and scope enhancement work was completed in April 2004.
