Project and Construction Services, Inc. provided full construction management services on this $21.9 million capital improvement program. Services began on this program during the bond preparation and campaign phase. The program included the construction of a new middle school and community gym, including a geothermal heating system for the school. The old middle school was maintained and occupied while the new middle school was being built on the same site.
"PCS's strength lies in the expertise and qualifications of its personnel, its record for cost accuracy and efficiency with a commitment to quality, and the communication skills and "can do" attitude of its representatives. PCS representatives participated in a series of small group and town meetings attended by more than 250 community members. They earned instant credibility with the community through their knowledge and experience."
